I believe deeply in women's ability to birth - and I'm here for the epidural, Caesarean, induction, home birth, hospital birth, change of plans... all of it.

There are many variations of normal in birth. My role isn't to decide what your birth should look like. It's to make sure you have the information, support and confidence to make the choices that feel right for you.

When things become complicated or conversations with your medical team feel overwhelming, I'll help you slow things down, understand your options, ask questions and make sure you and your partner have the space to be heard.
